1145

AA 1145 | Wrought unalloyed aluminum; composition limits, product form and temper unspecified

Each value is checked in at least three authoritative issuer publications. Some issuers reproduce a shared standard; these are not independent experiments. Do not use as certified design allowables. View sources ↗

Chemical composition

Only reviewed weight-percent bounds are listed. A blank bound means only the other threshold was reported.

Eight AA 1145 wt.% specification limits are printed across four official issuer publications, with three exact claim attestations each. AA and United agree with Wieland on Si+Fe, Cu, Mn and Others each. AA and United agree with Precision Brand certification on Al minimum, Mg, Zn and Ti. United explicitly attributes its AA-based table; these are issuer confirmations of limits, not independent chemical assays. Si+Fe 0.55 is a combined maximum, never separate Si and Fe maxima. Al 99.45 is a minimum with no specified maximum; AA footnote 4 describes the difference calculation. Wieland does not mark the Al direction, so its Al cell is deliberately excluded. Precision Brand prints a stricter V 0.03 maximum than AA V 0.05 while United omits V; V is withheld. Dashes mean unspecified, not zero. Product- and temper-scoped mechanics remain unpublished discovery.
