3104

AA 3104 | Wrought alloy; the reviewed paper studies cold-rolled H19 beverage-can coil

Each value is checked in at least three authoritative issuer publications. Some issuers reproduce a shared standard; these are not independent experiments. Do not use as certified design allowables. View sources ↗

No reviewed mechanical claim for this record.

Chemical composition

Only reviewed weight-percent bounds are listed. A blank bound means only the other threshold was reported.

Only five uncontested 3104 specification limits (Si, Fe, Cu, Zn, Ti) are public. The AA Teal row, United Aluminum technical manual, and Baran et al. 2022 paper Table 2 each print these limits; they are three publications of limits, not independent assays. Yieh official plate/sheet pages print different Mn and Mg ranges for the 3104 row; both remain withheld pending issuer clarification. Cr/Ni are dashed or unspecified, not zero. Ga, V, and residual-element limits lack three reviewed issuers here. Al is remainder, not a calculated minimum. The paper's 203 tested H19 coils are a separate cohort, not specification limits or generic mechanical properties.
