AA 5019 | Wrought alloy; product form and temper not specified for composition

Each value is checked in at least three authoritative issuer publications. Some issuers reproduce a shared standard; these are not independent experiments. Do not use as certified design allowables. View sources ↗

Chemical composition

Only reviewed weight-percent bounds are listed. A blank bound means only the other threshold was reported.

Exact AA 5019 wt.% composition limits agree with the Elisental EN AW-5019 wire and Bronmetal EN AW-5019 rolled-alloy tables. AA footnote 14 says 5056A was redesignated 5019; 5056 and 5019A remain distinct. Mn 0.10-0.6 and combined Mn+Cr 0.10-0.6 are separate simultaneous limits, not substitute values. These are three issuer publications of specification limits, not independent assays or delivered-product measurements; supplier tables cite or restate European standard limits. Single numbers are maxima. AA footnote 3 defines Others (total). Al is remainder without a numeric minimum. Diameter- and temper-scoped wire mechanics are held for separate review.
