AA 5454 | Wrought designation; reviewed chemistry limits only, without product certification

Each value is checked in at least three authoritative issuer publications. Some issuers reproduce a shared standard; these are not independent experiments. Do not use as certified design allowables. View sources ↗

Only reviewed weight-percent bounds are listed. A blank bound means only the other threshold was reported.

Eight wt.% 5454 specification limits match the Aluminum Association Teal Sheets, thyssenkrupp Materials 5454 sheet, and Batz+Burgel EN AW-5454 sheet. The two supplier sheets cite EN 573-3; these are three issuer publications of limits, not three independent melt assays or a certificate of AA/EN equivalence. For upper-only limits, thyssenkrupp prints a zero lower display value, while AA identifies the single bound as a maximum; no specification minimum is inferred. Batz+Burgel does not separate Others each and total, so both are withheld. AA aluminum remainder is not a numeric minimum. No strength, temper-specific, physical or thermal values are generalized from these PDFs.
