T64 condition: Original supplier in-house performance interval; separately cast and casting-extracted specimens are included (p. 75). No wall thickness is stated for these ranges. Parenthetical values are separate casting minima at wall thickness ≤20 mm.

T6 condition: Original supplier in-house performance interval; separately cast and casting-extracted specimens are included (p. 75). No wall thickness is stated for these ranges. Parenthetical values are separate casting minima at wall thickness ≤20 mm.

Chemical composition

Only reviewed weight-percent bounds are listed. A blank bound means only the other threshold was reported.

The original branded supplier handbook p. 62 gives Alufont-48 chemistry in mass %; p. 76 says single composition numbers are maxima. The same document repeats the table on pp. 76–77, not as independent evidence. Its p. 79 chemical order is OCR-rendered differently and no numerical designation is printed for -48; no EN/AA equivalence is inferred. Performance ranges from pp. 62 and 79 do not carry a wall thickness. Bracketed values are separate casting minima for walls up to 20 mm under p. 75. No cycle count or stress ratio is given for p. 79 fatigue ranges.
